Handbook citation index

This page is the flat citation table for every Handbook reference cited anywhere in the regulatory chapter. It is intended for regulatory-savvy readers who want to skim the references first and read the prose second.

The “last checked” column shows the date a reference was verified directly against the current Handbook text. Entries marked [checked YYYY-MM-DD, ...] have been ground-truthed against the FCA Handbook or the relevant policy statement. Entries marked [corrected YYYY-MM-DD, ...] were updated against authoritative sources. Any entry marked [unverified, ...] could not be ground-truthed in the current pass and is flagged for human follow-up before quoting in a sales context.
